Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or returns Valid ID is required at the door of the event for all tickets. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.
Currency and Payment Methods
All ticket prices and fees are stated in U.S. Dollars. Autism Recovery accepts the following methods of payment for Internet orders: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Autism Recovery whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process.
Amount of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"
When purchasing tickets online, you may experience a “ticket limit” when purchasing more than (4) tickets in a single transaction. If this occurs, please contact the Autism Recovery office to process your order. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
Changed, Cancelled and Postponed Events
All events are subject to change without notice. Refunds are issued only in the case of event cancellation or postponement. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of an event, the Autism Recovery office will make every effort to notify you in advance.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Ticket Donations
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and/or donation order. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or returns are permitted. Tickets for Autism Recovery events may be transferred to another individual or donated back to the organization by contacting the Autism Recovery office prior to the event.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address and other billing information has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing. In these cases, the Autism Recovery office will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Autism Recovery is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Autism Recovery may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
Delivery Methods
Event tickets will be held at the registration desk under the name of the purchaser unless tickets are transferred into another name prior to the event. At the time of registration, guest must present a photo I.D. or receipt of purchase to receive tickets for the event.
Pricing Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket is obviously incorrect, regardless of whether an error in a price posted on this web site or due to any transaction errors, then Autism Recovery will have the right to cancel that ticket or donation request and refund to you the amount that you paid and any applicable fees.
Resale of Tickets
For any ticket(s) purchased through the Autism Recovery or website, ticket purchaser understands that resale of such ticket(s) is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations related to such. Any violation of such laws may result in prosecution of ticket purchaser by such agency or other party. Autism Recovery assumes no liability for tickets purchased or resold through unauthorized channels. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from any source other than Autism Recovery.
